COVID-19 Update

Given the ongoing uncertain times we are all experiencing and the extraordinary measures advised by health authorities and government to contain the Covid-19 pandemic, we continue to operate on a remote basis with an emergency cover only provided in our warehouse and offices to cover critical customer requirements and emergencies. We can still organise customer deliveries on request as our logistics partners continue to operate.

Our priority is to maintain the safety of our employees, our customers, logistics partners, suppliers and therefore we advise you that any collections need to be managed in a safe way otherwise they cannot be facilitated. Therefore, if you require an emergency collection, we ask that you call our office ahead of your arrival to make the necessary arrangements. The registration of the vehicle collecting, or driver name will be used to ‘sign for’ such collections to minimise the normal personal contact. Our staff will practice ‘safe distancing’ according to the HSE guidelines.

In order to avoid periods of delay in telephone call-pick up, we would ask you to either call your sales representative directly on their mobiles, or our customer service manager Alison who can direct your request in the right way. See the contact details below.

Finally, we advise that our offices and warehouse will be completely closed on Friday 10th April and Monday 13th April, we will continue with the emergency service from Tuesday 14th April.
